Aaron Leo Gilles was born and raised in beautiful Santa Barbara, California and has been selling residential and investment real estate in his hometown since 2005.  He is a 6th generation Santa Barbara resident with family ties to local real estate for over 100 years.   Past and present family members have been or are currently involved in real estate law, residential construction, land development, asset management and real estate sales.  

Aaron has directly been involved in over 100 real estate transactions ranging from a $90,000 mobile home to a $16,000,000 beachfront property.  His experience working with buyers and sellers within all price ranges gives him a clear understanding of various price points within the local market. 


Aaron has been ranked within the top 1% of selling agents within the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service from 2011-2019 and has sold over $100,000,000 in real estate since 2013. Within that same time period he has provided his sellers an average sales price of 98% vs. their original list price.
